Caspian is introduced as 4th generation Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser.  This newer model in Nd:YAG laser offers 1.8J of output (95% of systems in the current market only projects less than 1 J of output) with pure top-hat mode for even distribution of the laser over the treatment site.  Top-hat mode is considered to be the ideal beam for toning and pigmented lesion removal without PIH or bleeding over the treatment spot.

Advantages of Caspian

With greater power, the treatment time is reduced.  Even with greater power, because the device offers perfect top-hat mode, it is much effective in treatment for pigmented lesions but has much less tendency for possible adverse effect.
